PCB Designer CID+
One of the first team members that you should get on board for this project is a PCB designer. They will be in charge of preparing design documentations, requirements specifications and PCB models. If there are any new PCB designs, they can provide technical guidance to ensure everything will undergo well. They are able to validate the concept feasibility and suggest new design concepts. This next role is not quite as it sounds, it technically is the role of a second PCB designer. The librarian will be responsible for looking after the library which contains all of the components that you are planning on using in your design. If you don’t have this person working on this task, then you might find that the project fails because things have not been considered properly with the library of components in mind.
Another important role that you need to fill in the PCB design process is of the mechanical engineer. They work closely with the PCB designer and they make sure that everything meets all of the technical requirements. They can authenticate concepts through breadboard builds and analysis. The mechanical engineer is able to carry on tolerance analysis at system and subsystem level. The mechanical engineer can work with the tools in the PCB design software and find efficient solutions for any problems that you might encounter. They can be involved in the management of the team and projects. They will be the ones who develop and evaluate theoretical designs as well as make sure the product can be made reliably.
